All sales are final, including ready to ship items. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives physically damaged.

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The damaged item itself

This is required for us to assess the issue and offer a resolution.

Each product listing includes a detailed description, including any minor imperfections if applicable that’s why they are on sale. These are clearly stated at the point of sale and do not qualify for refunds or returns. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
