Terms & Conditions - Photo Usage & Privacy

By uploading your photo, you agree to the following terms:

• Editing Permission: You grant us permission to digitally edit, enhance, and restore your photo solely for the purpose of completing your order.
• Limited Use: Your photo will only be used to perform the restoration service and deliver your final image.
• No Ownership Claimed: You retain full ownership and rights to your original photo and restored image.
• No Resale or Sharing: We do not sell, distribute, or publicly share your photos without your explicit consent.
• Temporary Storage: Files will only be stored temporarily during processing and will be deleted after completion unless customer ( you ) ask us to keep it for other services, if no other service is required in 10 working days your files will be delated for gdpr rules
• Customer Responsibility: You confirm that you have the legal right to upload and authorize editing of the photo.
