We offer international shipping via Royal Mail International Tracked service.

Please note that delivery times vary depending on both your location and the specific product(s) ordered. Many of our items are made-to-order, so we kindly ask for your patience during the production process. Please allow 2–10 weeks for the creation and dispatch of custom or personalised items.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email or message with your tracking number and an estimated delivery date. All international orders are fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.

Please understand that once your parcel has left us, we have no control over or visibility into the exact delivery time, unless we receive a notification or update via the tracking system. Delivery times can vary due to customs, local postal services, or delays beyond our control.

Customs & Import Taxes:

We are not liable for any customs charges, import taxes, or additional fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of you, the customer, and must be paid in accordance with your country’s import regulations.
